Our lead coaches all work within primary schools around the Cambridge area delivering the PE curriculum.

At ‘The Sports Academy’ sports camps, the safety and wellbeing of every child is our highest priority. We are committed to creating a secure, inclusive, and nurturing environment where all children feel valued, respected, and protected. Our staff are trained in safeguarding best practices, follow strict supervision procedures, and work together to ensure that every child can learn, play, and grow with confidence. We actively promote open communication, encourage children to speak up about any concerns, and work closely with families to maintain a safe and positive experience for all.
Behavioural policy:

Every child who attends the course has the right to enjoy their day fully. We do not accept any form of bullying or any behaviour that causes distress to another child. We run a 3 step policy:
​
1) STEP 1: Speak to the child and remove from the activity.
​
2) STEP 2: If behaviour continues then we will inform the parent.
​
3) STEP 3: In extreme circumstances we will contact the parents and have the child removed the child from the course immediately.
